With Renault Eurodrive, you have personalized roadside assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in 42 European countries. Il is supported by the 17 000 sales and repair centres in the Renault network.
Renault Eurodrive Assistance:
If you have an accident or are victim of a theft, attempted theft, fire, vandalism or breakdown, you can phone the following numbers 24/7: 00 33 1 49 65 24 04 technical and material assistance will be provided to you as soon as possible.
In case of breakdown, you have to call the assistance and if the car is immobilized in a Renault garage, conditions for handling costs vary according to how long the vehicule is off the road. The general conditions are on the Order Form.
In case of accident, you have to call the assistance, fill out the accident report (include in the car), fax the accident report at 00 33 1 76 89 00 47 and send the original to GSAE Renault Eurodrive.
In cas of fire, vandalism, theft, attempted theft, you have to call the assistance, make a declaration to the police department, fax the report at 00 33 1 76 89 00 47 and send the original to GSAE Renault Eurodrive.
Exclusions:
The Renault Eurodrive contract does not cover punctures, fuel leaking, filling the tank with the wrong fuel, lost of keys and cards, mechanical incidents caused by vehicle misuse, mechanical incidents caused by towing, snow tires and chains or the price of spare parts. Neither does it cover fines or parking tickets, telephone, restaurant/bar, fuel or toll expenses, vehicle servicing costs, or expenses that the beneficiary was expected to pay as part of the planned stay in the place of the incident (e.g. accommodation).
The Renault Eurodrive contract does not cover events resulting from holders' participation in sports competitions, bets and matches.
