To do so, you must contact TT Eurodrive at least 7 days prior to the initial return date. Offices are open 9 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, excepting holidays:
- Within France: 01 76 84 99 00;
- From abroad: +33 1 76 84 99 00.
You must communicate the following information:
- Vehicle registration number and TT Eurodrive contract number;
- Your credit card number, expiration date and security code;
- Requested new contract end date;
- Mailing address, email address or fax number where TT Eurodrive can send your new insurance certificate.
Please note that the additional days requested will be billed in Euros directly to your credit card by TT Eurodrive. The additional daily rate will be substantially higher than when you made your initial reservation:
- €70 per day for Dacia vehicles;
- €70 per day for Renault vehicles.
In the event of overrunning the contract beyond its initial return date (without prior extension), additional charges will be applied at a rate of 140€/day, and the client, their passengers, and the vehicle will no longer be insured. All damages incurred will be the sole responsibility of the contract holder. Additionally, in case of inspection by law enforcement, you will be responsible for all expenses.
